Primary Skills - Workday Functional
Secondary Skill - Workday Technical
Required Skills:
· Workday HCM Functional experience in Core HR, Security, Time Tracking and Absence Management, Compensation, Benefits, etc.,
· Extensive experience in handling/work on Workday configuration, business processes and security setup.
· Experience with Workday Expenses and building custom reports in workday is highly recommended.
· Hands on experience in performing EIB loads including but not limited to stock loads, suppliers etc
· Needs to have good experience in designing/maintaining Workday Business Processes in various HCM modules. Time and Absence is a Must
· Experience with Security and Reporting is mandatory; having demonstrated fluency in these areas through past projects or support experience.
Responsibilities:
· Work closely with HRBP’s to partner for business process and Security and Reporting.
· Work closely with end users to resolve reported issues/bugs.
· Will have the need to develop relationships with both end users (business) and technology streams for developing test plans, testing, and optimization.
· Should have excellent communication skills and be able to work autonomously coordinating solutions with business users for requirements/alignment.
· Strong problem solving, data analysis and data audit experience along with organizational and interpersonal skills.
· Must be able to work autonomously to identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
