Spanish-Speaking Web Service Testing / IVR Tester

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Spanish-Speaking Web Service Testing / IVR Tester. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our web services and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems in Spanish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct comprehensive testing, identify issues, and provide valuable feedback to enhance the user experience.

Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Proven experience in web service testing, including RESTful APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, and other relevant technologies.

Strong understanding of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems and experience in testing IVR functionality and call flows.

Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g.., JIRA, TestRail, or similar).

Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Postman, or similar) is a plus.

Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, testing types (functional, regression, performance, etc.), and defect management processes.

Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
