Hope this email of mine finds you well please find the job description below let me know your interest Title : UX/UI Location : San Jose, CA Job Description: The UX/UI Consultant may execute on marketing and communication plans which can bridge Salesforce CRM, web, email/marketing automation, mobile solutions and social media to help companies drive deeper customer engagement. Responsibilities # Develop design concepts based on client objectives and end-user goals # Interviewing users and creating personas # Explore design solutions through sketching, prototyping, and iterative design # As needed, translate content plans into information architecture deliverables # Facilitate internal and client-facing design planning sessions # Partner with Magnet360 team members to collaboratively solve client challenges and design solutions # Manage client expectations and own time efficiently # Responsible for reviewing and monitoring client and industry websites and trends in E-Commerce user experience ACTIVITIES AND SKILLS TO ACHIEVE THE ABOVE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO # Experience designing for the Salesforce platform (not required) # UX Design or Graphic Design degree # 6+ years# experience in user experience # Experience designing multi-device user experiences # Expansive, demonstrable knowledge of eCommerce and eCommerce UX design # Expert understanding of the core aspects and best practices of E-commerce user experiences # Working knowledge of ecommerce platforms (preferably Commerce Cloud, Cloud Craze, Magento or Hybris) # Experience defining/developing Personas, journey maps, and experience maps # Experience with developing information architecture deliverables such as sitemaps and user flows # Ability to create wireframes and prototypes # Demonstrate UI design skills using A e Creative Suite or Sketch # Knowledge of UI and design best practices # Working knowledge of Responsive Design # Working knowledge of front-end development capabilities (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, etc) # Tools and experience conducting user research (not required) # Strong communication skills with customers and peers # Work collaboratively in cross-disciplinary design teams.
