Job Description :

Responsibilities:
? Lead UX design team responsible for the usability research, performance analytics, interactive
design using A e XD, and testing of our client’s ecommerce solutions.
? Conduct user testing of client software to assess user experience and ease of design.
? Create surveys for research through various media platforms to gather feedback on user ease
of use and satisfaction interfacing on client’s products.
? Work with the business stakeholders to gather business requirements and intentions and
translate them into UX design specifications.
? Develop and maintain UX documentation.
? Work with the technical team to develop and implement UX design strategy.
? Test, track and prove the efficacy of client products user experience.
? Provide support and collaboration to front-end developers working on user interface
implementation.
? Stay up to date on the latest UX design technologies and trends.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or 5+ years equivalent
professional experience in retail/ecommerce space.
? 5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design.
? Proficient with a variety of design and prototyping tools such as A e XD, Zeplin, Hype, axure,
and others.
? Experience with troubleshooting using HTML, CSS, and comparable languages.
? Experience creating storyboards and website mapping.
? Working knowledge of responsive web design
? Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies.
? Excellent organizational skills.
? Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with customers and clients. •
Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
? Prior experience with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud and/or SAP Commerce Cloud is
a plus.
? A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design
solutions.
