Role Overview:
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of UKG Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting modules.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Optimize workforce scheduling processes to align with operational goals and labor compliance standards.
- Configure scheduling rules, pay rules, accruals, and timekeeping workflows.
- Support data migration, system integrations, and reporting activities.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Deliver end-user training and create system documentation.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting UKG/Kronos Workforce Management solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of UKG Advanced Scheduling and retail Forecasting.
- Strong understanding of labor compliance and union rules.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, middleware, and system integrations.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with UKG Workforce Dimensions (WFD) and Workforce Central (WFC).
- Familiarity with UKG Analytics and Business Intelligence tools.
