They need to communicate how to translate that into the Salesforce program. There will not be any technical experience needed from an execution side (no coding or QA), but they understand and can at least have a conversation with the members who are doing the technical things to be able to communicate correctly. * Enterprise initiates * Someone who supported internal applications, ecommerce, enterprise applications - any large-scale enterprise execution * Omni channel * If they have experience to see the larger scale on something plugs into the bigger pictures * Jira/Confluence * They use these within PNC, and it would just be a lot easier if they came into the role knowing these so they can ramp them up a lot quicker than needing to spend time trainingCandidates need to have the required bucket of skills: * Soft skills to communicate clearly * Sketch * InVision Prototyping * DSM (Design System Manager) * Agile
