• The primary focus of this role is to redesign and reengineer TIBCO messaging and integration flows into Kafka and other technologies (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, microservices) while demonstrating strong hands-on development skills in Kafka.
- Minimum 8 years of integration experience in the retail industry.
- Minimum 6 years of experience working specifically with Confluent Kafka, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of integration architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proven expertise in redesigning and reengineering TIBCO flows into Confluent Kafka architecture.
- Solid understanding of messaging systems, event-driven architectures, and real-time data processing.
- Hands-on development experience in Confluent Kafka, including topics, partitions, producers, consumers, and Kafka Streams.
- Proficient in Java development, including frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with TIBCO technologies, such as TIBCO BusinessWorks and TIBCO EMS.
- Experience with other related technologies, such as Apache Kafka, Avro, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
