We are seeking individuals from the Payments/Financial or Insurance industry experience.

What We Do

The Technical Writer role is a member of the Developer Experience team – led by Product Management. We believe that frictionless payments begin with implementation – so, we identify and execute upon opportunities to increase the productivity of our customers’ developers. In other words, our goal is to make it easy for developers to integrate with One Inc Digital Payments products. To get there, we treat our developer documentation, and other features of our Developer Hub, like products.

What You''ll Do
Create developer-focused written content, including overviews, guides and tutorials that empower customer developers to implement our APIs and SDKs effectively, efficiently, and independently.
Become a subject matter expert with the ability to empathize with customers by building your own sample projects with our products.
Interface with customer developers directly and in the discussion forums.
Gather feedback that will inform strategic product decision-making.

Who You Are
Have a passion for empowering developers to do their best work.
Enjoy writing and can make technical writing samples available.
Experience working as a developer - expert with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and REST APIs.
Excellent communicator across multiple mediums – written and verbal English, with the potential to grow into presenting technical content in a video tutorial format.
Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities - we''re a startup initiative within a growth-stage organization and our processes are evolving.
