Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Duration: 4-6 months

Location: Dallas TX ( REMOTE )

 REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:

Job Description:

  • BA/BS required; MA preferred
  • Experience with data integration/analysis related projects/solutions preferred
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and/or Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
  • 7+ years of Technical Project Management experience leading complex projects and interfacing with Business and IT, inclusive of a minimum of 3-4 years of project management experience as Project Manager or Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to- day activities required to ensure the project is completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals, departmental policies, established processes, and/or the standard terms and conditions of the contract
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, writing of detailed/clear change specifications for development teams
  • Full (lifecycle) systems implementation experience: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support
  • Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and able to lead high-level technical discussions to influence decisions or come to resolution
  • Ability to understand workflows and use cases to optimize to technical implementation process
  • Experience working directly with functional and technical resources
  • Experience of the Pharmaceuticals / Legal industry (preferable)
  • Strong mastery of Agile and waterfall metrics and data reporting, with the ability to generate timely and thorough reports demonstrating a wide range of concepts and points 
  • Demonstrates strong intellectual curiosity; always seeking new approaches and challenging the organization to new levels of success.

Knowledge of transformation concepts and emerging technology trends, and experience educating others on the process and benefits of Digital Transformations

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as an experienced leader to support the Delivery Team/Program Management function
  • Work on enhancements to improve business processes and systems used by client, and various client facing applications
  • Provide technical and numerical analysis, evaluation and troubleshooting of existing systems and processes
  • Formulate proposals to enhance processes and systems to meet the changing demands of our clients, business and marketplace
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology and Development teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Monitor and track key operational metrics, identify process improvement opportunities, and continually drive for resolutions for client satisfaction.
  • Champion applications process management improvements including development of policies and practices such as change management, process management, and incident management.
  • Manage customer expectations of product and services, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Provide leadership and direction for customers and the project team
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, verbal and written, with customers, project teams and leadership
  • Demonstrate ability of leading project teams and act as an effective team leader for all matrixed staff
  • Proactive and consultative approach with strong ability to effectively prioritize multiple competing work requirements

Strong situational judgment and operational decision-making ability
