Primary job duties/responsibilities:
o Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Stibo STEP platform, focusing on business rule configuration, workflow automation, and data governance.
o Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems using REST APIs and data-as-a-service (DaaS) principles.
o Write and optimize Java or JavaScript code for custom business logic, user interfaces, and batch processing jobs within the Stibo environment.
o Configure and manage workflow processes to support data onboarding, enrichment, and approval lifecycles.
o Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications for the Stibo platform.
o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data quality, platform performance, and system integrations.
o Contribute to the design and architecture of the MDM solution, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
o Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical solutions and processes implemented on the Stibo platform.
Nice-to-have skills:
1. Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
