Position: Sr. Salesforce BA

Duration: Long term contract/ FTE
Skills Required:
Translates business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce.com platform.
- Serve as the functional leader and work with business users to elicit requirements via interaction design sessions, business process descriptions, User stories, data analysis
- Work with Functional team members to address business process reviews (BPR’s) as needed and document Salesforce business requirements
- Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training
- Participate in end-to-end implementation planning supporting project management, issue management, communication and change management.
- Collaborate with developers and testers to test and verify that solutions that meet the business requirements
- Showcase technical expertise to design, develop (program), test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on Salesforce Service cloud platform and third-party integrations with Salesforce.com
- Experience in Service Cloud and Community Cloud
- Experience in JIRA and Confluence
Preferred

- Salesforce Admin/ Service Cloud Certification
- Experience in Regulated industry like Life Sciences, Bio pharma industry
- At least has 2 full lifecycle implementation experience of SFDC projects
