Job Description:
Must be heavy in PL/SQL Development experience. Candidates in Michigan are preferred. Work will be from home. No sub-vendors.
· Must have experience with Oracle PL/SQL
· Experience working with Facets and health plan data
· Experience with C#
· Experience with EDI X12 processing
· Experience with Informatica PowerCenter
· Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to interpret technical requirements
· Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve systems problems
· Effective and self-sufficient in working within a diverse technology portfolio

Position Summary:
The Application Developer Analyst will work mostly independently to deliver solutions for small enhancement requests. They need to work under minimal supervision and be able to design, code or configure, test, debug, deploy, document and maintain programs, while adhering to specific development best practices and quality standards. They will need to gather some business requirements for these enhancements, translating that information into detailed technical specifications from which their programs will be written or configured, and validated that the proposed applications align with both the architectural design and the business needs.
