Position: SQL Data Analyst/Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: Long term
This person will be responsible for :
the oversight of our Alternative Submission Medicare Risk adjustment coding files to the health plans
- the data exchange from our Medical Coding application to the health plans
- working with the Data Engineering team member that creates the files
- reviews for formatting
- identifies and resolves data issues
- documents the issues and brings back to the team to determine what can be enhanced in the process or the system to remediate
- Coordinate communication with the team to the health plan
- Reviews responses from health plan from these files (acceptance or issues to be resolved)
- Reconcile data from health plan files to our Accumulated RAF engine
- Other reconciliations and analyses as needed related to our Medicare Risk adjustment
This person must have health care experience and must be a team player with good communication and analytical skills. Must be proficient in SQL.
Ideally they have:
- Medical Claims knowledge
- Medicare risk adjustment knowledge
