Siebel Developer
Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Design and develop Siebel integration using EAI such as eScript, business service, workflow, integration objects, xml, web services, and Siebel adaptors.
  • Siebel IP 2017 and above Upgrade code conflicts resolution
  • Design and develop data migration using EIM and SQL
  • Produce Siebel test plans/scenarios, develop scripts and execute unit testing of Siebel integration
  • Achieves high level of customer satisfaction and communication with the Siebel CRM business owners and IT staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Siebel IP 13 and IP 2020.x experience
  • Minimum of 5 year Siebel integration design and development experience.
  • Minimum of 2 year functional and technical design experience.
  • Expert in designing real-time and batch integration using Siebel Workflow, Business Service, and XML.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in relational database skills, preferably Oracle, required for reviewing and evaluating complex operational queries.
  • Expert in Siebel Navigation, the Siebel User Interface, and Siebel Tools.
  • Expertise in Siebel performance tuning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills
  • Outstanding teamwork skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified in Siebel 8.x
  • A proven functional/technical professional with at least two or more full lifecycle Siebel implementations and three or more years of industry and/or consulting experience.
  • Extensive experience implementing Siebel IP 13 till IP 2020.x
  • Extensive working experience on Business Services, Workflows and Web Services
  • Good to have the knowledge on BIP 11g and above versions templates (.rtf and .xlif) design and development
  • Ability to describe how to build technical designs from functional designs.
  • Full understanding of Siebel’s data model
  • Technical knowledge and best practices of Siebel configuration and customizations.
  • Experience in preparing, writing and reviewing system documentation.

A Bachelors and/or a Masters Degree or equivalent
