Job description
Responsibilities:
· Participate in the software development, and package implementation using Salesforce Order management.
· Define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions knowledge of SFDC Order management and the Lightning platforms
· Ensure software developed is held to high quality standards through code and design reviews.
· Interface with ERP and Middleware IT engineers on projects to ensure proper adherence to SDLC and platform integrity.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Overall 5+ years of experience and knowledge of the intricate set of business logic and workflows that take an order from cart to customer.
· Experience with the Salesforce Lightning platform at least 1 Full time implementation of Salesforce OMS
· Sound technical knowledge of the standard APIs, Flows, configuration and customization
· Hands-on configuration and development experience using OOTB Salesforce APIs and a minimum of one Salesforce OMS implementation
· Extensive experience of Configuring Salesforce Flows and Process builder. Extend flows around Order confirmation, Returns, Promotions and Exchanges
· Development of wrapper using Salesforce OOTB APIs and configuring them as Salesforce services
· Working knowledge of Salesforce Commerce cloud and Salesforce Call Center
· Ability to create Salesforce OMS detailed technical design for business requirements
· Hands-on experience working with Salesforce OMS interfaces with external systems using Middleware like Azure IPAAS
· Ability to independently setup a local instance of Salesforce OMS for development purpose
· Hands-on development experience with core Java, servlets and web services (REST & SOAP)
· Experience working with XMLs and JSON and Set up of Real-Time Event Monitoring
· Hands-on experience with Node JS, React JS, APEX and Lightning Web components
· Knowledge of any popular IDE (Eclipse), code repository (SVN, CVS, GitHub)
· Experience to independently build and deploy Salesforce OMS locally and on to any environment
· Experience working with Salesforce Order Management and Salesforce Service Cloud
