Pardot exp is required.
JD:
· 7 to 12 years of experience in Support & Implementation of Salesforce
· SFDC application SME
· Should have strong technical background on understanding interfaces
· Need to understand the integrations and work with all different system owners in tracking and tracing the issue and troubleshooting as required.
· End to end ownership in communicating, driving other teams, and ensuring ticket resolution to the member.
· Pardot knowledge is required
· Production support role with coverage during CST hours onsite in Dallas and on call support during off hours
