Role: ServiceNow Trainer
Location: Remote
APN Consulting Inc is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Trainer to join our team for a newly created division specializing in ServiceNow staffing and projects. This is a flexible remote role wherein you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to our internal employees. This position offers an exciting opportunity to impart knowledge and skills to students eager to kick-start their careers in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

You will develop training materials and resources for various ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM and ITBM.
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on ServiceNow functionalities, best practices and industry trends.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, continuously improving training materials and delivery methods.
Provide guidance and support to students throughout their training journey, answering questions, offering mentorship and assisting with practical challenges.
Prior experience conducting ServiceNow trainings is a must
