Pay Range: $100k - $130k/Annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborating with Salesforce Leadership and other Stakeholders to validate business requirements and considerations.
- Develop Apex classes and triggers within the Financial Force, Apex Commons framework.
- Customize User Interface development, including Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components.
- Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization.
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development.
- Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.
- Manage other Developers workload and perform code reviews to ensure best practices are adhered to.
- Collaborating with Data Engineering and Tableau Analysts deliver solutions across the business.
- Enjoy being part of a dynamic team that participates in many high-profile projects.
Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills: DevOps OR CI/CD
Mulesoft (Preferred)
Leadership Exp - 5+ years of experience with Apex and Salesforce Sales Cloud Development.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team.
- A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have strong attention to detail when communicating with end users (verbal & written).
- Strong attention to data quality and accuracy.
