  • Experience in a retail or consumer organization 

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View 

  • At least 8 years of practical experience in MuleSoft system analysis, working with the client on the requirements and processes definition, in a variety of complex situations 
  • Cloud development of APIs and Microservices, Experience modeling RESTful solution using Swagger is a plus 
  • Facilitates business requirements analysis and functional design work sessions including creating business presentations, communications, and documentation 
  • Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/confluence using industry standard notations 
  • Ability to analyze system interaction issues 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including comprehension and verbal skills, written communication, conflict resolution, teamwork and cooperation, and relationship building 
  • Problem solving capabilities 
  • Details oriented 
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs, API design best practices 
  • Experience with web technologies, cloud and mobile 
  • Strong process management, negotiating, influencing, and problem resolution skills 
  • Creates functional requirement and scope documentation using existing templates 
  • Document functional, integration, and testing requirements as well as SLAs and operating level agreements 
  • Leads technology cost/resource estimates and input to business cases 
  • Lead functional design including demonstrations to stakeholders to validate approach 
  • Participates and collaborates with other teams to ensure successful PI planning sessions. 

1) Manages cross-functional teams through functional requirements gathering, implementation and validation through to initial launch or lifecycle of a service.  

2) Defines functional requirements for wireless services.  

3) Manages product development including product requirements gathering and definition, project planning, project management, budgeting, financial acumen, test design and execution, long term tactical roadmap and release management and planning.  

4) Communicates product requirements to various organizations such as IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Sales.  

5) Leads vendor selection process, delivery, quality required.  

6) Develops, maintains, and distributes, standard project management deliverables for the successful launch of new data applications and devices, including: implementation plan, project schedule, issues & action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies.
