Role: Senior/Lead Developer
Location: Bellevue, WA (Remote until Covid)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Implementing Business Automation Workflow application architecture and developing solutions using BAW platform
Analyzing, design, development and troubleshoot IBM BPM & BAW solutions
Implementing Coaches, reusable coach views, Human Tasks, System Tasks and Toolkit using Business Process Design/Web Process designer within BPM/BAW
Develop RESTful services for external applications to connect and implement SOAP based webservice calls using external services in IBM BPM
Working with SQL Server /Oracle Database, UCAs, Team Filter/Retrieval Services and external integrations
Maintaining parallel code base for various BPM process applications/toolkits by creating tracks.
Support BAW Product Upgrades and Migration activities
Deploying snapshot/code into multiple environment and support UAT testing and troubleshooting application issues.
Experienced in designing messaging architectures developing business process models and administering process instances.
Design, development of reusable toolkits and frameworks to reduce the development effort
Develop and enhance Java components required for BPM implementation
Implement Agile Methodology in development phase. Follow the scrum protocol using Team Foundation System tool.
Gather requirements from customer and attend customer workshops, work with offshore team to communicate requirements and deliver.
Required:
5-10 years experience in BPM development
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with Fundamental IT knowledge
Familiar with Java development
Database SQL statements experience is required
Should be able delivery the project independently with minimal KT
