Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer with CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification to design, develop, and implement Pega applications. As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring Pega systems, and ensuring the successful delivery of Pega-based solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Pega best practices and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and define system requirements.
- Design and develop Pega applications based on business requirements.
- Configure and customize Pega applications using PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC).
- Implement best practices and ensure Pega application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for Pega applications.
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure the quality and integrity of Pega solutions.
- Keep up to date with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification is required.
- Proven experience as a Pega Developer with hands-on experience in Pega PRPC.
- Strong understanding of Pega best practices, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) and related technologies.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
