Pay Range: $35 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- This position helps provide 24/7/365 for all Branded, EPC, and EDML divisions.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Client and New Relic.
- Knowledge of AWS,
- General networking and troubleshooting skills, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems (i.e. 3-tier applications end-to-end troubleshooting).
- Ability to professionally communicate well on the phone to all levels of associates.
