Senior ERP Analyst_Developer_ORCL MFG

I'm really interested in someone that have manufacturing specialization for a company at least our size (3000+ employees, multi-billion in revenues).

We'd prefer a local (New Orleans based, or willing to relocate) candidate but open to remote full time from Dallas, Houston, Atlanta if they're a very strong candidate (willing to travel as needed).

target base salary is 125-145k (DOE) + generous incentive comp, and very good bene's

· Analyze and define ERP systems, functions, business process and user needs

· Work with business-led teams to develop technical solutions for identified needs and opportunities

· Perform functional configuration and maintenance for ERP systems based on changing operational and business needs

· Research transactional issues, identify root cause and drive resolution

· Create documentation such as policies, procedures, workflows and user guides


B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information systems, or related curriculum

· Minimum 10 years' experience working with Oracle ERP systems with a focus in manufacturing and supply chain modules. (great to have ASCP, WMS and workflow builder!)

· Strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle R12 is a must

· Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, analysis, performance tuning, and building CEMLI objects.

· Thorough understanding of standard best practice business processes and flows.

· Minimum 1 year experience working with middleware.

· Ability to effectively translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions

· Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical resources

· Excellent organizational and presentation skills

· Self-managed self-starter

· Must work well within a collaborative, team environment.

· Excellent troubleshooting skills

· Strong mathematical and technical aptitude
