Job Description:
The Educator Certification Online System (ECOS) supports and facilitates the certification of Texas educators. This position will work with the ECOS development manager to provide the following Software Development Services:
1) Design for modifications and enhancements for the Educator Certification Online System (ECOS)
2) Development of software modifications and enhancements including automated unit test cases integrated in the ECOS System
3) Sql Server stored procedure and trigger performance tuning of existing processes within the ECOS System
4) Conversion of Websphere/Java programs to .Net 356860

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Years Required/Preferred Experience
5 Required SQL Server
5 Required Miscrosoft .Net
5 Required ANSI standard Procedural Language
5 Required Analyze technical requirements and develop effective technical solutions
