Senior BPR Analysy must be able to do the following:• Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to elicit and document business processes, requirements, rules, and data• Conduct rapid improvement sessions with stakeholders, identifying gaps and opportunities for future efficiencies and process improvements• Analyze current state processes and align to future state system capabilities• Educate business users on new business policies, processes, and procedures• Create, monitor, measure, and provide feedback on process performance• Work in close coordination with Business Transformation, Functional and OCM teams• Support the development of contractual deliverables associated with the BPR effort, including reports and presentations delivered to program leadershipQualifications:• Ability to undergo a background investigation • Bachelor's degree and/or additional related experience in lieu of degree• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills• Strong presentation and facilitation skills• Microsoft Suite Expertise including Visio and Project• Ability to assess the current state of an organization and its components• Ability to define the direction and strategy for business process redesign while ensuring organizational needs are being addressed • Experience in finance or accounting• Experience in organizational design, preferred• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud or EBS, preferred• Preferred Six Sigma Green or Black Belt CertificationRequired:• 3 years or more of experience supporting Oracle Cloud, EBS, or other COTS implementation projects• 3 or more years of experience in change management• 3 or more years of experience in local, state, or federal sector work environments
