Role: Senior Angular/Cypress Test Engineer
Location: Must currently be in NYC area
Role is expected to be in office 3 days per week
Duration: At least 6 months. Role is funded for this year and they expect to fund next year as well.

Visa options USC/GC/H4EAD but have at least 12 months left on current Visa
Target Rate: $60/hr (Flexible)

Our client, a leading provider of audio and media solutions, is seeking a Senior Angular Test Engineer. This team focuses on building highly scalable customer facing Single Page Web Applications, utilizing an array of modern technology stack. The idea candidate witll be tasked with orchestrating the tests they have so Cypress is critical. This isn't for a a generalist as architecture and development are key. Knowing how to deal with API's in Angular 14,15,16 would be great. You need to be current with the most recent Angular updates. If you have contributed to the popular frameworks or open-source projects even better.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain modern, scalable, and robust web applications, utilizing Angular and the rest of the technology stack
- Continuously optimize, monitor, and test your designs
- Collaborate with other UX Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products
- Contribute to Angular architecture and maintain best practices
- Follow high-level of standards across all levels of design and development work
- Show enthusiasm and a sense of ownership for the system and its components that are vital to the success of the business
What you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience developing scalable, high volume Angular web applications
- 2+ Experience with Cypress
- Experience utilizing NgRx Store and RxJS is a plus
- Experience with Stripe is a plus
- Experience creating custom, reusable modules and components to extend core Angular
- Experience working in a Continuous Integration and Delivery environment
- Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
