Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SRM Consultant with strong knowledge of SAP Extended Procurement to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team. In this role, you will support and enhance SAP SRM solutions, collaborate with business users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations across the organization.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP SRM processes, a solid understanding of integration points with ECC/S4, and the ability to manage incidents, service requests, and change requests in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for SAP SRM and Extended Procurement processes.
  • Handle incident management, problem resolution, and root-cause analysis for procurement-related issues.
  • Manage and support Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Supplier Management, Catalog Management, Sourcing, and Contract Management functionalities.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation for enhancements and change requests.
  • Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, BASIS, Security, ABAP, etc.) to ensure smooth integration and system stability.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patching activities, regression testing, and performance improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, best practices, and ITIL processes.
  • Maintain system monitoring and proactively identify potential issues or optimization opportunities.
  • Provide training or knowledge transfer to end users when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SRM with strong knowledge of Extended Procurement.
  • Good understanding of SRM procurement processes such as Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, and Self-Service Procurement.
  • Strong functional understanding of integration between SRM and SAP MM/ECC/S4HANA.
  • Experience working in AMS/Support environments, including incident and change management.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot procurement process issues with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with configuration, testing, and documentation in SAP SRM.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SAP workflows within SRM is an added advantage.
