Job Description :
Worked on any SAP Finance module implementation
Atleast 10+ year of experience.
With 5+ years into Scrum Master and Project Management.
Hands on in JIRA Scrum board management across functional and Technical team.
Define, Plan, support the team on build, test and cutover activities.
Should have lead Scrum / Project of SAP Finance module, S4/HANA, Implementation, Development.
Define the cut-over in line to avoid any complications to business and financial process.
Should have Finance domain knowledge.
Coordinate project activities amongst the functional and technical team members consultants
Manage a small team to define the requirements for a core banking platform, through challenging the business on their need and wants
Provides project management expertise and leads key project work streams, working with the full project life cycle, following project
Governance processes - Agile Scrum model/Waterfall/Hybrid.
Scope, plan and manage projects through the entire life cycle, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality
Establish and maintain risk assessment to identify and assess the material risks that arise in their area of responsibility
Ensure projects meets internal and external customer requirements
Define the project plan in Agile or Hybrid model.
Define the Epic, features, Stories and task for sprint
Track of tasks day to day and identify impediments by team and work with cross functional team to fix the same.
Adhere to commitment timeline, sprint plan.
Backlog grooming, Sprint planning, daily scrum stand-up, Demo preparation, Retro are part of the routine.
Hand-on in JIRA, Project Planner to track the WBS and closure.
Sprint / features / milestone based delivery management.
Identify the risk and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate or minize the risk impact.
Team management, utilization, Sprint performance, Team performance to be tracked and made visible to leadership
SAP project implementation experience
Finance domain knowledge.
