Job Title : SAP Program Manager

SAP Program Manager Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership, facilitation, coordination and management of IT PMO processes for large scale multi-country/location IT programs
* Coordinate with business and IT leaders to ensure value delivery from complex multi-year, multi-million dollar programs with many multi-disciplinary projects/work streams running concurrently, managing internal and external inter-dependencies across multiple critical business and IT initiatives and programs.
* Lead multiple cross functional teams to successfully complete agreed deliverables through constant and clear communication, strong leadership, developing influential relationships across team members, client peer group, and all stakeholders
* Actively manage and execute delivery of high value business solutions with responsibility for program planning and deployment, budget management, risk management, operations transformation, systems integration, and software development.
* Manage reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, implementing mitigations to risks, and driving actions to close issues.
* Provide strong program leadership including championing the business case for change to the IT organization and multiple stakeholders.
* Working with System Integrators other 3rd parties and vendors, creating and negotiating statements of work, program planning, milestone creation, and financial reporting.
* Evaluate, plan and manage transformational change in the organization, assisting with management of business transition events with input on the approach, tools and processes leveraged to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and business processes.
* Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various aspects of the program to help inform management decisions
* Act as advisor to Sr Director Project Delivery and VP, Solution Delivery and coordinate with Solution Delivery Leadership team to continuously improve delivery processes and IT resource management
SAP Program Manager Required Skills:
* Experienced SAP Program Manager to lead various large scale SAP ERP and S/4 HANA programs driving complex technology implementations and service transitions.
* Successful applicant will have a proven track record in driving results, meeting milestones, ensuring quality deliverables and program success.
* BS 10-15 years experience in IT with 8+ years managing complex ERP programs Fully conversant with both Agile and Waterfall approaches to program delivery
* Strong communicator at all levels with excellent executive presence
* Strong problem solver, with a highly collaborative approach
* Excellent knowledge of : Program Management incl. Financial Management, Solution development; deployment approaches, Software Release planning, Resource Management, SAP Delivery Programs
* PMP Certification MISM preferred Prefer SAP experience and S4/HANA experience
SAP Program Manager Assignment Length : 2+ year contract with extensions/conversion.
