In depth knowledge of Admin and system configuration
Handel incident management and business operations responsibilities
Work with Business stakeholders and users in understanding their requirements and come up with solutions
Perform SAP Fieldglass administrative tasks
Configure SAP Fieldglass to meet business requirements

Integration experience with Salesforce
Create a carve-out to-be design
Gap-analysis of to-be design
Configurations to bridge to-be gaps
Interface re-design for the to-be system
