SAP FI/CO With (Vertex & Electronic Bank Statements)

Pleasantville, NY (Onsite-Hybrid)

*** Candidate must have Experience with ( VERTEX TAX & Electronic Bank Statements)***

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience, In-depth knowledge and Hands On expertise in configuring S/4 Hana FI modules GL, AP, AR, AA and CO – Cost Center Allocations, Internal Order Settlement, COPA Reporting
  • Accounting background and good process knowledge are highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SAP Fiori FICO Apps
  • Understanding sales tax application for retail, wholesale, online store, drop-ship
  • Vertex/SAP integration: what is Vertex for, how to maintain resale tax exemption certificates, generate tax statements and use Vertex Accelerator reporting.
  • Experience with ISO20022 bank formats:

o   Camt53: Electronic Bank Statements – posting rule & search string set up. Fluent in FEBAN handling

o   Pain003: Outgoing payments- modification of a DMEE tree, payment method set up. Fluent in F110 handling.

  • Lockbox set up and handling

Responsibilities:

  • Support for the local business departments (Accounting and Controlling) in all SAP processes in S/4 Hana FICO.
  • Training of key-users and end-users in the accounting and controlling department
  • First point of contact for the specialist departments for the conception of possible solutions, the further development of the SAP FICO modules and customizing
