Detailed Job Description:
· 7+ years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP Plant Maintenance (EAM), Asset Planning, S4 HANA experience"
· S4 HANA experience
· Experience in conducting User Training sessions workshops
· 7 Yrs of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on SAP EAM / PM module with S4 HANA exposure
· 2+ years of SAP S4 experience preferred.
· Strong experience in end to end Plant and Asset planning design and development including integration with other functional areas like RTR - Record to Report, Make to Deploy and procure to pay.
· Experienced in managing and leading small teams.
· Knowledge of all master data objects required to support the Plant and Fleet Maintenance (Bills of Material, Equipment Master, Maintenance Plans, Task List, PM Material Master, Work Centre, Work/Entry Permits et al)
· Familiar with PepsiCo business processes and nuances related to Plant and Fleet Maintenance including knowledge of solutions deployed within PepsiCo
· Previous leadership role on a major SAP transformation project.
