Title: Salesforce Product Manager
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid Model/3 days Onsite in a week)

The Salesforce Product Manager is responsible for the product strategy and delivery of business systems solutions that meet the strategic objectives of the business product owner and key stakeholders.
Drive implementation to meet overall business goals.
Define, align, and influence cross-functional business processes to maximize effectiveness of business processes and optimize customer experiences.
Evaluate cross-functional platform requirements including business value assessment.
Proactively benchmark processes and platforms internally and externally to drive innovation.
Build a scalable framework for cross-sell and upsell -- collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, customer success, and design, to ensure smooth execution.
Create and own user stories/business requirements documents as an outcome of the requirements gathering sessions.
Move easily between big-picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realizes they are required.
Contribute technical knowledge in area of specialism.
Eligibility:
Experience with Salesforce implementations.
Salesforce certifications are a plus, Strong experience with the Salesforce platform.
Strong experience with business process management, process modeling; Experience in working in Agile methodologies.
