Job Title : Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect
location : Remote/Plano, TX
Duration : 12 months contract
Job Description:
* 15+ years total experience in information technology with 12+ years of experience in Salesforce.
* 5+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Experience in designing the campaign management solution for a customer on Salesforce Marketing cloud.
* Experience in a technical leadership role designing, building, and executing complex automated SMS and email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Experience in integrating Marketing cloud with Call Center applications (like dialer)
* Experience with AMP Scripts
* Experience in connecting Marketing cloud with Service cloud in a real time fashion.
* Knowledge on Salesforce Service cloud.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate highly detailed technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Ability to take initiative as well as lead, motivate, and oversee teams to produce results.
