Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Development:

    • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications, customizations, and configurations.
    • Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
    • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
    • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
    • Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment for Salesforce applications.
    • Manage Salesforce user roles, permissions, and profiles to ensure security compliance.

  2. JIRA Management:

    • Manage and configure JIRA to track development tasks, user stories, bugs, and other project management activities.
    • Customize JIRA workflows to align with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
    • Create JIRA boards, dashboards, and filters for efficient team collaboration and tracking.
    • Work with project managers and team members to create, assign, and track issues and tasks in JIRA.
    • Assist in setting up JIRA reporting tools to track project progress, performance, and sprint metrics.

  3. Collaboration & Agile Methodology:

    • Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives).
    • Collaborate closely with the development team, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Use JIRA to break down complex business requirements into user stories and tasks, ensuring alignment with Salesforce features.
