eDataForce Consulting LLC has a need for Salesforce Commerce Cloud hands-on experience to build, deploy and manage source code for continuous improvement of client online customer experience. Reporting to the Director of Digital Technology, the Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer is responsible for working closely with the product owner along with a cross-functional team to design and engineer solutions meeting customer B2C Commerce requirements. The candidate will focus on engineering and delivering new B2C commerce capabilities.
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
Certifications in Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C
Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C (Demandware) is must-have, with experience in front- and back-end development
Knowledge of digital commerce components such as users, catalog, pricing, inventory, and payment
Knowledge of digital commerce integration such as CMS, DAM, PIM, OMS, and ERP
Extensive development knowledge specifically around server-side and client-side JavaScript
2+ years of experience with Demandware Platform
Experience using CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and other front end development languages
Hands-on experience in web technologies including: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, JQuery, web analytics, XML, web services (SOAP/REST), and open source packages/libraries
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA)
Experience with server side and client side Javascript
Experience with git source control and collaboration tool such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack
Experience agile development methodology
Experience with web frameworks, interactive web development, responsive web design
Experience with site speed optimization
Experience and working knowledge of secure development practices
Experience using Pipelines, JS Controllers, Demandware Script, ISML Templates, and Real time data exchange using Web services
Demonstrated experience collaborating and communicating with a diverse set of people across groups and organizational levels
Enthusiastic, professional and confident team player with a strong focus on client success who can present effectively even under adverse conditions
Must demonstrate the ability to work independently, prioritize multiple objectives in a rapidly changing environment, and ensure delivery of quality products
Located and able to work in the U.S preferably in Los Angeles
