Job Description:

Salesforce Architect to manage review, analyze, and evaluateend-user support requests related to salesforce to support response to COVID-19 and future pandemics. Thisincludes identifyand mergedecentralized agencypartner datato visualizerelationshipswith externalpartners, track partnerdeliverables, anduse thisdata forfuture analysisof  partnerrelationships:

  1. Continuingcustomization anddevelopment
  2. Usermaintenance
  3. Database de-dupingand cleanup
  4. Developmentof reportsand dashboards
  5. Ongoingsystem documentationupdates

Specifically, theSalesforce Architect will:

  • Collaborate with business partners and IT technical resources armed with best practices for enterprise architecture functions such as security, performance, development process, and application governance.
  • Design and document flexible, scalable, and robust state-of-the-art architecture for Salesforce Sales Cloud, including CPQ, Partner Relationship Management, Pardot, and more.
  • Identify and recommend Salesforce-based solutions, integration points, and related implementation architecture for business usage improvements, scalability, and performance
  • Utilize various Salesforce development technologies to build and maintain solutions, including process builder, flow, workflow, APEX, VisualForce, Lightning, Community, Workflows, Triggers, API, SOSL, SOQL, REST, App builder.
  • Advise and mentor CRM technical staff on both general best practices for Salesforce implementation and scaling efforts
  • Define the CRM system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver solutions
  • Provide consultative guidance on system capabilities and address any functional issues
  • Independently manage end-to-end Sales technology projects, including project planning, status tracking, design, testing, and release activities
  • Evaluate complexity and resource requirements for inbound requests like new product releases and acquisitions

Qualificationsand Requirements

  • Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
  • Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end-to-end implementation experience.
  • Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
  • Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
  • Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.
  • Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls.
  • Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.
  • Additional Salesforce.com experience including: Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow.
  • Programming experience with the following languages: J2EE, HTML XML, SQL, Oracle.
