Role: Salesforce Administrator

word-spacing: 0px;">· Create and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Map Salesforce hierarchy and territories in response to personnel changes 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Administer both standard and custom objects in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Complete mass uploads and updates of data as required 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Perform daily system implementation, configuration and tuning 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate leads, contacts, and accounts 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Build and maintain business workflow using Process Builder processes, Flows and Workflow Rules 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Implement and maintain integrations with key external systems 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Review upcoming Salesforce releases and address any impact to the Salesforce organization including third party applications and integrations. 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Create reports and dashboards for complex business needs and for monitoring data quality 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Troubleshoot escalated issues within the Salesforce organization 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Provide subject matter expertise in planning meetings for determining how to fully leverage Salesforce capabilities and available apps on the AppExchange to meet company goals 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure data within Salesforce and Pardot is clean and required fields are completed to support marketing initiatives 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Review and remove unused fields, objects, reports and dashboards 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Maintain neglected leads, opportunities, accounts and contacts per a set strategy 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Reinforce established best practices across the Salesforce organization

word-spacing: 0px;">Qualifications/Requirements 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Software, Technology or other relevant field; or equivalent professional work experience 

word-spacing: 0px;">· 3+ years in work-related Salesforce administration 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Current Salesforce.com Administrator Certification 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies 

word-spacing: 0px;">· In-depth knowledge and demonstrated ability to use the standard capabilities of the Salesforce.com platform 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Demonstrated successful implementation of expanding upon the standard capabilities using Process Builder and Flows 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Demonstrated ability to create reports and dashboards for the needs of various business areas 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Demonstrated successful implementation of apps from the AppExchange and/or integration with external systems 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Demonstrated experience in updating an existing Salesforce.com organization to provide solutions for reporting, business workflows and enhanced functions 

word-spacing: 0px;">· Demonstrated strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and communication skills
