Job Description :
Maintain profiles and permissions
Issue tracking and resolution
Enhancement and customization
Data cleanup and maintenance
Configuration of other applications within the CRM (Krow, Cornerstone, Pardot, Conga, etc)
Proactive ownership of CRM and related applications and business processes Required Qualifications
Strong Salesforce administration experience (ADM-201 certification required, ADM-211 prefered )
Familiarity with Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Customer Communities • Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business needs into CRM functionality
Strong documentation skills
Consistently expand technical skill set and awareness of emerging technologies
