S4 SCP Architect
Contract : 12 Months
Location: SFO , CA (Remote for now)
Qualifications
Basic
· Bachelor's degree in engineering or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
· Minimum 12+ years of IT implementation or consulting experience
· Minimum 6+ years with SAP systems such as SAP Business Suite, SAP HANA, SAP Suite on HANA, BTP and SAC
· Minimum 8+ years Solution Design, Technical design, end-to-end architecting with SAP systems
· Demonstrated capability across SAP Technical Landscape – Basis, Infrastructure, Development, Mobil, BTP etc.
Preferred
· Experience with SAP S/4 and Hana Administration and Broadly understand other SAP cloud products
· Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of SAP applications, infrastructure and security
· Ability to demonstrates and a proven record of success as an SAP on Cloud Architect with at least 2 end to end life cycle implementation of SAP S/4 HANA project on premise and on cloud IaaS hosting;
· Experience with designing and governing SAP Fiori Applications, launchpad catalog designing and role structuring
· Experience in designing all aspects of Cloud Infrastructure Architecture including Compute, Storage, Network, High Availability, Disaster recovery and monitoring
· Experience in Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)and full-stack cloud application development with Java, JavaScript/Ui5 & NodeJS and ABAP on cloud using (RAP)
· Experience in Business Application Studio(BAS), Full Stack Web IDE and SAP Business Technology Platform(BTP) Cockpit or Cloud Foundry Runtime
· Experience with the SAP Extension Suite including services such as Workflow Management, Identity Authentication, Alert Notification and other Development Efficiency services
· Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4 HANA conversion/migration
· Experience in installation and technical configuration of SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori, PO, SAP CPI, Cloud connector, Solution Manager, Data Hub solutions within major cloud IaaS platforms
· Experience in performing security assessments of existing and newly developed applications, infrastructure, libraries, and integrating to other products securely through APIs
· Experience in developing an SAP S/4 HANA technical architecture and cloud hosting strategy in a hybrid IT landscape
· Experience in developing and hosting solutions on SAP BTP as extensions to intelligent and other peripheral systems
· Strong
· Proven ability to define landscape strategy for on-prem and cloud hosted environments using SAP Cloud Foundry
· Proven contributions to highly complex projects that require in-depth SAP technical knowledge
· Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms
· Demonstrated executive presence and influence, ability to build client relationships and create client satisfaction throughout the application lifecycle
· Work on cross-functional projects/teams to deliver technology solutions for the business; act as adviser and coach to junior team members

· Architecture strategy & roadmap - define and update solution roadmaps
· Architecture design for future and existing solutions, ensure that technology components used fit with the overall technology strategy. Ensure also that the architecture is communicated, understood and adhered to.
· Architecture Review – run the Design Forum, work with SAP Max Attention and participate in the Architecture Review board to ensure that solutions are governed appropriately.
· Create architecture and technical design documents to communicate solutions that will be implemented by the development team
· Develop proofs-of-concept and prototypes to help illustrate approaches to technology and business problems.
· Present solutions and options to leadership, project teams, and other stakeholders.
