Job Title: Software support
Location: Cincinnati, OH(Remote)
Duration: 10+ Months contract

Software Support
1. IT support to configure and maintenance governance and risk applications.
2. Software support of governance and risk applications as a member of an agile squad. Being assigned to an agile squad means this role also participates in all agile ceremonies driving activities from design to delivery. Follows best practices and standards and participates in communities of practice to continuously refine and document these standards.
3. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviours drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank''s risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
4. We support multiple applications and RSA Archer is the primary application in scope.

1. Notifies IT Analyst(s) and/or IT Manager of recurring issues providing suggested process improvements.
2. Answers incoming support requests in a timely manner, following the proper processes and procedures for documenting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
3. Provides support to users and contacts appropriate internal personnel or external vendors when further expertise is required.
4. Participates in the overall maintenance of existing software solutions, including training and the deployment of changes and upgrades.
5. Adheres to standards, policies, and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
2. Experience with configuring and supporting RSA Archer environment. (primary app)
3. Experience with supporting OpenPages environment. (Linux)
4. Experience with Open Systems applications.
5. Experience finding application solutions, with the technical skills and penchant to investigates issue.
6. Experience monitoring and troubleshooting software releases meeting business requirements
7. SQL and PowerShell Experience
8. Skill developing and maintaining positive relationships and the ability to work cooperatively with internal customers, and external vendors or suppliers.
9. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with a group of individuals to make the work of the group successful and effective.
