Certifications with RPA platforms (Automate Anywhere, UI Path)
Minimum of 9+ years' experience in technology or Business Process Outsourcing as Architect or project manager working with customer teams
Extensive experience in customer facing roles, gathering business requirements, and designing solutions.
Adept at process assessments and understands applications of RPA in different business domains.
Strong understanding of RPA concepts and Process assessment experience for end-to-end process automation including RPA proof of concepts
Assess Robotic Process automation opportunity from technical perspective and provide solution

- Analyze, identify and track, and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery
- Work closely with team of developers through project completion
- Define complexity of the process in terms of Robotic Process Automation delivery
- Deliver demos, technical solutions, and support for new/existing apps
- Propose the identify RPA opportunities within assigned projects
Expertise in at least one of market leading RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UI Path and deep understanding of technology and architecture concepts
Experience in process documentation and analysis, PDD or SDDs, including specification of system requirements for business processes

- Previous experience in business analysis and process re-engineering
- Strong problem solving, analysis, and design skills
- Work with the stakeholder proactively to define the scope for the RPA, explain and understand the process
- Define the Solution that are agreed by all the stakeholders including the BA, Dev, PM, and business
- Architect should also work on design and implementation when team need the technical support.
- Proactive communication, work as a team and taking ownership soft skills which are mandatory for this candidate should posses
- This candidate will be considered as a fulltime in few months based on the candidate performance.
