Title: Oracle HCM Consultant
Location: 100% Remote
Hire Type: Contract/Fulltime
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Specialist who will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of our Oracle HCM system. As a key member of our HR technology team, you will collaborate with HR leaders, IT professionals, and end-users to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing optimization of Oracle HCM to meet our organization's HR and talent management needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oracle HCM Configuration: Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules to align with our organization's HR processes, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll.
2. System Implementation: Lead or contribute to the implementation of Oracle HCM, including system setup, data migration, integration with other HR systems, and user training.
3. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and work with Oracle Support as needed to resolve technical problems.
4. System Optimization: Continuously improve and optimize Oracle HCM functionality to streamline HR processes, enhance user experience, and maximize system efficiency.
5. Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX) by implementing and maintaining security controls and access policies.
6. Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain HR reports and dashboards using Oracle BI Publisher or similar tools to provide insights for HR decision-making.
7. Documentation: Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
8. Training: Conduct training sessions for HR and end-users to maximize system utilization and ensure a high level of competency among the user community.
9. Stay Informed: Keep abreast of Oracle HCM updates, new features, and best practices to propose and implement relevant enhancements.
Qualifications:
" Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
" Proven experience in Oracle HCM implementation, configuration, and support.
" Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules and functionality.
" Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and best practices.
" Proficiency in Oracle BI Publisher, SQL, and data analysis tools.
" Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
" Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
" Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
" Oracle HCM certification is a plus.
