Note: For the Service Now BA the customer is currently working on NewYork version, so please ask the candidate & only then submit if he/she is currently working on the same version od ServiceNow.
Covert business requirements into functional requirements for the Service Now Development team to deliver upon
Act as the liaison between the development and the Service Now Process owner team
Oversee projects and ensure development is on track to deliver
Provide design perspectives to the process teams to maintain consistency, stability and supportability of the solution and processes.
Provide insight and expertise into the ServiceNow platform capabilities and vendor product roadmap
Stay current on the vendor's solution capabilities and product roadmap and maintain the organizational roadmap for the solution.
Proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization.
Organized and analytical, adapt at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
3-5 years’ experience supporting and successfully implementing IT Service Management software
Experience with ServiceNow.
Knowledge with the Agile methodology
Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change
