Pay Range: $50- $60/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, design, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using industry-leading reporting tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or custom-built solutions).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective report designs.
  • Retrieve and manipulate data from various sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Implement and optimize data models to support reporting needs.
  • Create and maintain documentation for reports, including data definitions, report specifications, and user guides.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Troubleshoot report-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and analysis of developed reports to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and adherence to business requirements before final delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in report development and data visualization.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in report development or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, computer science, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of Oracle MDM and Oracle CC&B.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI (or an equivalent Data Visualization tool).
  • Proficiency in report development tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and database management.
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL and data querying languages.
  • Experience with data visualization best practices and design principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of energy industry-specific reporting requirements and metrics is a plus.
