Job Description:
The Enablement Solutions Workforce Planning Team supports a broad range of organizations within Lodging Partner Services (LPS Our purpose is to accurately predict incoming work and provide business partners with staffing guidelines so that teams are appropriately sized and scheduled ensuring timely resolution of our partners’ requests.
The Data Analyst is an essential role in the LPS Multi-Lingual Contact Centers that provides key assistance in day-to-day operations. They serve as the main point of contact for the WFP team in regards to data and reporting. They also work with the WFM Managers across the global network to coordinate business changes that impact WFP reporting.
Who You Are:
Strong SQL skills for creation of SQL statements.
Strong SQL Server Database knowledge
Competence with enterprise reporting tools, SQL Server Database, Tableau, Excel, Salesforce
Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment
Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience
Experience working with data in a contact center environment.
Ability to ensure timely task management and delivery
What You Will Do:
Creating and updating SQL code in stored procedures on a SQL Server Database
Creating and managing Dashboards and Reports in Tableau
Excellent problem-solving skills and self-motivation
