Position: RAN Engineer
Location: Denver, CO
Duration: Long Term

Desired Skills and Experience *
5+ years working experience/research in cellular wireless technology
Expert knowledge of 3GPP RAN WG3 (RAN3), or O-Ran WG2, WG3, WG5
Master’s Degree (Electrical Engineering, IT, Computer Science, etc)

Plusses
Strong understanding of physical-layer signal processing, MIMO-OFDM waveform aspects, Channel estimation, HARQ, multiuser scheduling, and/or interface mitigation techniques
Familiarity w/ Radio architecture of 3GPP NR and LTE
MATLAB and Python experience
