Responsibilities
Seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong business acumen to manage and coordinate launch plans for Decision Intelligence & Digital Strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the project to implement and deploy solutions across various stakeholder groups and our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Director, Product and Technology teams to lead and manage end-to-end project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeframe.
- Collaborate with the various stakeholder groups to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria, aligning them with the organization objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, logs, status updates, and related collateral ensuring adherence to project management methodologies.
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to senior leaders and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and optimizing ways of working.
- Prior experience within Supply Chain, Digital and Data environments required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management in a large enterprise environment to deploy solutions at scale.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to proactively identify and address project risks and issues.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred but not required.
