Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate delivery of large, high-priority IT projects and programs
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and schedules
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
- Ensure adherence to phase-gate controls, change management processes, and project governance
- Provide project, program, and portfolio reporting to stakeholders and leadership
- Mentor and support other project managers, contributing to PMO process improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project/program management
- 7+ years of experience managing complex IT projects or programs
- PMP or CSM certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC practices
- Demonstrated success delivering complex projects from inception to completion
- Experience managing budgets, external vendors, and cross-team dependencies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proficient with MS Office, Jira, Visio, EOS, and portfolio reporting tools
