Job Description :

Minimum 8-10 years of total work experience with at least 5-7 years of relevant BPO/ Insurance industry.

Problem Solving · Functional Understanding of Workflow (preferred), RPA, Analytics, Content Extraction, Conversational AI Solutions · Lean Six Sigma · Project Management (PMP, Prince-2, Agile)


· Must have led Process Improvement/Process transition and Digital Transformation program with significant

savings. Digital Transformation program consists of- Workflow(preferred), RPA, Analytics or Content

Extraction Initiatives.

· Six Sigma Black Belt trained/certified (preferred).

· Knowledge and experience of project management (Agile preferred)

· Minimum 2-3 years in current role / assignment
